Novopor Advanced Science Private Limited is pleased to announce the acquisition of Pressure Chemical Company (PCC), a Pittsburgh-based leader in high-pressure and specialty chemistry services. This strategic acquisition marks an important milestone in Novopor’s vision to build a fully integrated specialty chemicals platform that spans from early-stage innovation to large-scale commercial manufacturing.

Founded in 1964, PCC brings over six decades of experience in complex chemistries including high-pressure reactions, polymerization, and alkoxylation. With a strong track record of solving challenging technical problems and a reputation for customer-centric innovation, PCC is a natural complement to Novopor’s capabilities and global growth strategy.
